Mr. Tan is a Director since 2020 and the current Chairman of the Company. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Management from the University of Asia and the Pacific. He is concurrently Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Megaworld Corporation. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Megaworld Corporation for Commercial Division which markets and operates the Megaworld Lifestyle Malls including Eastwood Mall and The Clubhouse at Corinthian Hills in Quezon City, Venice Piazza at McKinley Hill and Burgos Circle at Forbestown Center, both in Fort Bonifacio, California Garden Square in Mandaluyong City, Newport Mall at Newport World Resorts Manila in Pasay City, Lucky Chinatown Mall in Binondo, Manila and Uptown Mall in Bonifacio Global City. He is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Alliance Global Group, Inc (public-listed). He is also concurrently a Director of Empire East Land Holdings, Inc., Emperador Inc. and Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (all publicly-listed companies) and of Eastwood Cyber One Corporation, Uptown Cinemas, Inc., Megaworld Central Properties Inc., Twin Lakes Corporation, Megaworld Land, Inc., Townsquare Development, Inc., Emperador Distillers, Inc., Alliance Global Brands, Inc., Anglo Watsons Glass, Inc., Yorkshire Holdings, Inc., The Bar Beverage, Inc., Emperador Brandy, Inc., and New Town Land Partners, Inc. He is also Chairman of Megaworld Foundation, Inc.
