McKinley West
McKinley West is the Sponsor's 34.5-hectare ultra-high-end township on the former JUSMAG property in Fort Bonifacio beside Forbes Park and Manila Polo Club.
Developed as a posh residential enclave that features an exclusive residential village and rows of luxury residential estates, this township will also be home to a modern business district with a direct access to neighboring McKinley Hill, as well as more convenient access to Fort Bonifacio, South Luzon Expressway, C5 Road, the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), and the Makati CBD.
One West Campus
One West Campus is a five-story PEZA-registered, Grade A, LEED Silver-certified office building with an LGU Safety Seal building certification, developed by the Sponsor.
This building features passenger and service elevators, an outdoor escalator, air conditioning and ventilating system, standby power supply, fire-fighting and fire protection system, CCTV and security monitoring, and more. One BPO company occupies most of the whole building, with a few retail tenants occupying the rest of the space.
Five West Campus
Five West Campus is a five-story Grade A, LEED Silver-certified, PEZA-registered office building with an LGU Safety Seal building certification, developed by the Sponsor. It is currently occupied by just one tenant engaged in the BPO industry.
The building is equipped with mechanical and electrical services such elevators, air conditioning and ventilating system, fire-fighting and fire protection system, CCTV and security monitoring, and more.
